I’ve designed three pouches for the Beyers Chocolates African Animal Droppings Range. The range is aimed at tourists and was only available at the SA airports in three flavours: shortbread, almonds and peanuts. I came up with a unique die-line for each animal and I used African ethnic patterns to accentuate a proudly South African heritage. This was such a fun project, although we haven’t entered it for any awards, it is one of my favourite projects I've worked on.
I suggested calling the range “bokdrolletjies” an Afrikaans word that translates to "poop" but they didn’t want to go for it 😏had to try!
