
While working for Resolution Circle, we were approached by Park Hyatt Regency Johannesburg to come up with a complete rebrand and marketing campaign for their restaurant called oneNINEone. Our team had to come up with the brand positioning that sets the restaurant apart from the Hyatt Regency brand. Through the marketing workshop, we determined that the unique selling point is thoughtful dining with an emphasis on sustainability.
We compiled a brand toolkit with a defined brand personality and key messaging. This was then applied to the website, social media and direct emailers to drive patron engagement.
